Recipe: Pumpkin Bars (+cream cheese frosting!)

This time of the year pumpkins are everywhere and typically at least one person in my family is making a pie from them. As soon as the cooler weather hits you can get away with making just about anything with pumpkin. Just like the coffee shops start mixing up pumpkin infused mochas.. YUM! Today I am sharing with you a recipe I found adapted by the one and only Paula Deen. It's a good one and I can make bets that you'll like it! Is your mouth watering? If you didn't see, that's cream cheese frosting on those bad boys. Pumpkin + Cream Cheese = Yummalicious! I hope you'll try this one out! As you know, this isn't my recipe as I don't agree in recreating something that's not broken. Plus, how do I compete with Paula Deen?

    1. I agree! Pumpkin just isn't the same in the spring or summer though.. it has to be atleast 70 degrees out to pull it off! :)

    1. Woo! I thought about sprinkling cinnamon on top but usually when I think it sounds like a good idea while baking, it turns out it's not. :/
