What I like to eat.

The other day I was experimenting with some of my favorite ingredients and came up with this sandwich. I've been eating it everyday up until today when I ran out of avocado. If you love all of the ingredients, then you'll love this -- I can almost guarantee it!

Here is what you'll need:
  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 slices of bread
  • sriracha sauce
  • your choice of hummus

I'd love for you to try this if it sounds yummy to you. If you try it, let me know what you think of it! I toasted my bread on my panini maker but I think if you toast it in a toaster it will taste the same. I also added a little sea salt on top of the avocado. I'm also a sriracha addict, so if you're one too -- you know you can pile on more sauce.

Happy Thursday! I think I might go make a sandwich now, after I visit the grocery store for avocado.

  3. I LOVE avocadoes, but I have to be careful because 3 of them equals one 9 mile run! Will have to try it, but don't know what the sriricha sauce is? -Jessica

  4. @Jessica, ew a 9 mile run doesn't sound fun. :) Sriracha can be found at most grocery stores.
